Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet check your bank account again, or contact your Credit Card Company or Bank it may take some time before your refund is posted.

Sale items
Only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

To return your product, you should mail your product to 8-14 Stratford Street, Richmond Nelson 7020 New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Bust Measured around the fullest part of the bust.
Waist:- True waist measured around the smallest part of the waist
Dropped Waist:- Measured 7cm below the true waist.

Note; This size chart should be used as a guide only. The fit of a garment may vary from style to style depending on the design.
Size 6-16 are mainly used for woven styles (non stretch) such as shirts, dresses, pants, jackets and skirts.
Each size has a 3cm ease on the overall measurements for comfort.

Wash on a delicate cycle with mild soap. Line dry in shade. Drycleanable. Tumble dry on delicate cycle.
